NAPLES, Florida – 4What Interactive, an internationally recognized new media developer, announced the launch of Southwest Florida International Airport (www.flylcpa.com) and Page Field General Aviation Airport (www.flyfmy.com) new Web sites for the Lee County Port Authority (LCPA).
“We delivered a fresh, updated look and feel, as well as a Web site that is extremely easy to navigate, enabling users to accomplish their goals quickly and easily,” says 4What Senior Project Manager Liz Carroll.
With one click, visitors can check arriving and departing flights at Southwest Florida International Airport, find information on airport parking and ground transportation or get driving directions. New features include a
live weather feed, international easy-to-read icons, sleek banners highlighting new service from airline partners and many more small touches that make the Web site a great customer experience.
“The new design will make it easier for our passengers to find the information they need in a user-friendly way,” says Victoria Moreland, department director of public relations for the Lee County Port Authority. “The Web site features rotating images on the home page that capture the best of the airport’s architecture and environment combined with pictures reflecting the distinct beauty of the region we serve. A plus for us behind-the-scenes is that 4What customized their powerful content management system to ensure that the site is easy for
Port Authority staff to update.”
Additionally, 4What created a new Wi-Fi home page, which visitors see while connecting to free wireless Internet throughout the airport.
