Mainscape came to 4What looking for a mobile solution to help improve the user experience when on a mobile device. After researching the Mainscape website analytics, we determined that having the customer service form as the initial element would help cut down on calls to the help desk as customers could easily fill out a customer service request directly on their mobile device. One of the main challenges was to give Mainscape the ability to update the content in one area and have it display on the desktop and mobile version seamlessly. Mainscape can now manage their content from one dashboard affording them more time to do what they do best, lawn care!
